I feel like I spent so much of my younger years dreaming about our near future, as if the future version of me was happier and further along. And while that future version of me might be awesome (and I hope she is), I don’t want to miss the season right in front of me. I don’t want to miss who is right in front of me. I don’t want to miss the valuable lessons I’m learning.

The truth is, if I keep thinking the future is “better” I’ll miss out on the beauty right in front of me. Or I’ll get to my destination and not be satisfied with the outcome. I don’t want to constantly be chasing the next shinny goal only to run myself around in circles.

I want to embrace every season, the good, the hard, the messy and everything in between right where I am.

I love this quote! It's so simple, but it holds a powerful reminder for each and every one of you today.

It’s easy to get caught up in our goals and feel frustrated when things aren’t moving as fast as we’d like. Whether it’s your health journey, your business, or anything else in between, remember: you’re becoming exactly who you need to be, at exactly the right pace.

Don’t get me wrong, I love surrounding myself with powerful mama’s who are doing big things in the world of business and marketing.

It helps me think bigger, and motivates me to grow and become all I can.
