Something magical happened last weekend that I can't wait to share with you.

Imagine this…

A cozy hotel room, filled with passionate entrepreneurs, all gathered for one purpose – to lift each other higher.

No fancy price tags.
No complicated structures.
Just pure, intentional connection.

This wasn't your typical mastermind.

It was something even more powerful – a peer mastermind we created together.

The energy in that room? Absolutely electric.

Now hear me out, Stephen and I will always invest in our business education.

There's a powerful exchange that happens when you are willing to invest both time and money to grow.

We've seen this time and time again!

For this week’s newsletter, I wanted to give you ideas to think outside of the box on how this could happen. How could you add value to others and make it a win-win?

Start small with these proven formats:

90-Minute Dinner Format:

• 10 minutes per person to share

• One win that's working

• Current goals update

• One challenge you need help with

• 5-7 minutes of feedback from the group

Half-Day Deep Dive:

• Business mapping session

• Individual hot seats

• Group problem-solving

• Implementation planning

3. Make It Happen This Week

• Choose 2-3 potential mastermind members

• Pick a format that works for everyone

• Set a date (yes, right now!)

• Keep it simple – your home or a quiet restaurant works perfectly

Here's what made our weekend mastermind so powerful…

We had moms who run everything from product-based businesses to service providers, but we all shared similar revenue goals and growth dreams.

The magic wasn't in having the same type of business…

It was in having the same level of commitment to growth.
